Find the poll shown and get to the top of it. now face away from the wall and jump and press the climb button. you should be climbing behind the pole basically in the wall. now at the top of the pole tap a direction and press the climb button again and you should either be shimmying on the wire stuck in the climb position or shimmying the wall in the climb position. now get away from the pole and drop down. you can now float around like this.

NOTE: if you jump over a rail or wall or anything you will not be able to jump out of this glitch
NOTE: staying in this glitch for a long period of time and then hitting an OB may cause your console to freeze.
NOTE: if you try to shimmy something else you will get stuck in a shimmy type bounce.
