Ok, find the yellow ladder and climb it. Cg the wall shown in pic 3. When on the other side of the wall, move all the way toward the wall (thus you are past the ob) and jump towards the parking lot. Boom thats the first step. Now, you notice there is an invisible wall there, simply set up a kicker as close to the wall as you can get it, and then grind it. it shouldve taken you past the invisible wall, but if it didnt, you didnt move it close enough to the invisible wall.
