First you will need to get on top of the boat towards the end of the demo level. do this easiest by climbing the crane and placing a rail near the crane arm towards the boat roof then grinding the rail and jumping over to the ledge.. from here you can get on the roof of the boat. now place a kicker from the rigger kit were shown and get between the kicker and the wall and turn and your skater should get pushed in. once in theres an elevator you can use to go from floor to floor. as far as I know this hidden room isn't accessible in the demo by any other means.
