Ride up next to a ledge or rail and hold up to push. In the middle of pushing, quick ollie and grind stall (r2 + tri). You should then be in a grind stall but you are standing normally in the grind stall. Now, simply bail off the ledge or rail and you will be frozen in bail until you tap x to get up or you pause and quit.
