First set cust under this building. Then Double boost jump when u hit the roof of the level press up twice really short. This should make u land on the billboard. Now that ur on the billboard u can ollie and jump on the pole with the while attacted to it. or if u wanna get on the roof have someone boost jump and hit you on hit.
