First locate the side of the hotel shown in pic one. then go up the qp and grind the ledge then hi2 r2 to get on that roof. now ollie thru the glass into the small room there. once in the small room use the qp to launch up and to the right to get on a higher roof. from that point cg and you should fall thru the wall and onto a small ledge. now SCG to get onto the "heaven" Inside the building.
