Ok to do this glitch online has many steps. first you need to ob1 the tunnel of the parking garage near the Slam City Jam Entrance. now go to the left most corner and WJG as high as you can. now here is the tricky part. you need to RJG (Roof Jump Glitch). Same as WJG but on a roof. across the street and towards the hotel. once your about half way there you won't be able to go any further so you have to drop down a bit but becarefull not to drop down to far or you will fall. once your just about over the hotel you should fall and be able to go thru the roof and land on this invisible floor above the hotel lobby.
