First get past the OB near the water fall that goes into the Bowl. once past here you will notice the back wall isn't solid and you can walk right through it. now jump through the wall and WOB. there is lots of area to walk out here you can go out and see the 2d boats and your under the water. you can actually get into this glitch in a few places but this is the easiest.
