First get on the roof of the big building. from there air over to the roof of the Smaller building w/ the bowl in it. now transfer down to the QP below and when you go up the spine ramp air to the right and try to land on the sidewalk in the OB area. sometimes you will hit the OB but if you get high enough you will land on the sidewalk w/ out hitting the OB.
