Place a ramp or something up against the corner of the fence so it is above the cement part of the fence. now cg and you should float. now turn so you fall onto the cement piece. once there go into walk mode and it should push you out side of the park a tiny bit. also if you have collisions on and some one hits you once you fall you will get stuck trying to get back up.
