ok first do start the monkey mini game. then pause and do EGG on any of the challenges. then go back to monkey poo room and the gate will still be up and you can ride near the monkeys. if you stay in the corner the poo won't hit you. also if you are in a certain position when the game ends you will be skating in that position.
