This is back from thug but it's a lot different.
First get into WUD then find a place that is solid that you would like to get into. now while still in WUD and above the place set cust and as soon as you do press L1 & R1 twice fast. if you bail above the level you did it to slow. if you just jumped a bit try again. it doesn't always work the first time. try it in different areas.
