Missplaced Rail/ Rail Tool Out Side Of Cap Options

First resize your park so it is as long or wide as possible. now place a rail and drag the tool all the way to the fence like your trying to get the rail outside of the fence. now go back to resize park smaller then back to the editor. if done right the rail what ever color it was (green or red) will still be there and you can move the rail tool all around w/ out the rail. now depending on what tool your using or how much you resize the park smaller depends on the effect you will get. you can get the rail tool outside of the park but as soon as you change to anything else you will be placed back in the park. you can however go to create a goal and stay outside of the park.
