The random ban is still in THUG 2. To fix it I usually pause on each name on the list when scrolling to the person I want to ban. I would say pause on each name for at leat 3 to 4 seconds to insure that you won't ban the wrong person. I have banned up to 14 times in a row with this method. I only stopped counting at 14 because I didn't have anyone else to ban.
