if you SCG near the fence you can get past it and onto a small invisible ledge now slowly ride of the ledge onto the ob area and set cust when you hit now keep pausing until your guy isn't in the screen and then hit goto. you should be on the ob2 ledge...You can do this offline also but it is very difficult to do.
