Grind the baggage claim and bail towards it before you actually get to it. You will bail into the little compartment. Then walk towards the front and oyu will see a little circular thing spinning. Stand on that and when it brings you out of the baggage claim. Right as you hit the wall hold down. If done right you will fall under the baggage.
