If there is a ob in a level this glitch most likely can be done. First find a goal that when you EGG it, it looks like it puts you way outside of a level. you should be able to turn and see weird animations/graffics. now memorize this goal. now hit an ob area and as soon as you do; EGG that goal now you should be able to skate in/on what looks to be under or out side of a level.
