To do this glitch you need to bail grind on this quarter-pipe and than fall into it. Then you need to skate around untill you can see the skateable surface. Now you need to jump and 180 or start floating any way that you can. Now just ULG across untill you get to that skateable surface and you will be inside of the stairs. You can then ULG out and across to either one of the other ramps.
