First place a smart quarter pipe (QP). Edit the quarter pipe to be flat on the ground. Raise its height by 1 "rise press" so its just barely flat. Now grab one side and turn it into a flat vertical piece. Now press the higher + to create a new flat horizontal section of the QP. Grab the lower section of the QP and play with the curve it makes until the ground piece causes overlap. While you are a skater if you ollie on the "back of QP textures" you can often cause your character to flip upside down.
