Find these white drain pipes and you can climb them. climb any one of them to the top and once on the roof face out towards the level and jump forward and press the climb button so your climbing the poll behind the wall. now make sure your at the top and press left or right and the climb button at the same time and if done right you will be shimmying in the climb position.
