Go to Create-A-Park. Now make a CAP anysize(But fully huge). Lower the ground around the outside of the CAP then cg the corner of the CAP. If done right you can walk or skate a sqaure in width all around the CAP.
(It doesnt let you walk in the corner areas of the CAP nor all the way outside a CAP just a sqaure in width from the fence)
