This building off in the distance is based on the historical Pratt Street Power Plant. The buildings currently housed by Phillips Seafood, Barnes & Noble, and the Hard Rock cafe.
Look close enough and you can see Hard Rock cafe has turned into the Neversoft cafe. Always hard; rock.
