THUG days were awesome

There were so many people online. Then THUG 2 arrived, and people left. THAW pretty much killed off most of the online community. Everything past it has had almost no impact. I feel like the glorious days of the TH series are over. Let's hope that's not the case with this new game. By now, a next gen console should be quite affordable for some of us.

i dont like it for a lot of reasons... hawk was first.. hawk is better... skate is more of a simulator...
hawk is more glitchable

I personally like Skate more then THPG but I don't "hate" THPG. Competition is always good. As long as Neversoft doesn't sell out to EA, like every other competitor of EA, the games will only get better for both brands.

That's what I love about the gaming industry, the developers are constantly trying to win over the gamers, not just make a quick buck. If they're just making a quick-buck game, then everyone with internet and that game will scream bloody murder and no one will buy it (with the exception of Halo 3).

I can find out who you are just by how you type. I can look at previous posters' methods of writing. Some people have some weird grammar rules in their mind; however, I'm too lazy to do that.

mkay heres my two cents on this topic, the best game in the series had to be THPS4. being the first online in the series it's what really made TH games that followed what they were.clans were created, friendships were formed. old timers like myself will agree that glitching took some skill,remember CG? lol

no.2 in the series for me was THUG. glitching was in its hey day(i wasnt happy bout them making CG ezier,but it did open the glitching door for many ppl). the clans that had somthing from THPS grew stronger and friendships continued to bloom. y'all remember the frenzy when we heard THUG was coming? and lets not forget the addtion of being able to jump off our boards. lol remember our reps back then? we were gods!! everyone despised the name =BGOAT= but so desperatly wanted to be us its good to be king

no.3,4 for me were THPS2,3 not online as we all know but still great games.

no.5 THUG2 the smoother graphics made it nice to look at but that god damn IM bullsh@t ruined that game >< also the drama had reached incredible lvls by THUG2 having been born 2 games ago. but as for pure playability and from a glitching stand point was a basically a fun game.

i dont have a 6th or greater cause well i live in an area that didnt have BB til last year so when THAW was released with no dial up i was forced into retirement from the TH games. the saddest day for me was when they took down the THPS4 online servers LONG LIVE CARNIVAL!!!!


i know i didnt mention THPS cause well it was so prehistoric, good game at the time but so was pong

haha its offical, Req is a future teller. Neversoft sold out to an EA studios, but not 100% Robomodo for riot if TH games SUCK!
