Well this will be Tony Hawk's tenth game in the series and w/ that this should mean a name that involves ten. THX perhaps Tony Hawk x edition or something along those lines. post what you think the name should or could be. maybe make a box art based on it.

I don't think there is really any one game that changes drastically every year. Name one series that has more then 5 games where the gameplay changes amazingly every year. Madden doesn't, neither do many sports games. But I do believe that for a company that releases a game each year they do a pretty decent job of changing it up. it's hard to release a game every year for 10 years and not feel like the same game and like your out of ideas and also to keep the balance of realism and arcade feel at the same time. I mean they could easily go wild and do like a disney skate adventure and do like kids bedrooms for a skate park where you have a mini skater but they want to keep true to the sport but at the same time have some fun w/ it.

i think what lost my interest the most was taking out online ps2, etc. i mean, they still have that fanbase for ps2, and there just making the game lame for ps2. sure nexgen is kickass and can get alot of options but at least make some special options for ps2, give us online back, give us cad, make the game more, fun? thpg damn neversoft, activision, and page 44 did a hell of a job, kudos to them for fuckin giving shaba the boot. THP8 ps2 sucked so much ass, thpg is a big leap away back to the thaw style, but, again, with no free skate, cap, cag, cad, they gave us all those kickass options and just stripped em away. personally for tony hawk 10 i would like to see a Tony Hawks Generations type game with like the best of the best lvls from the past 10 games, the best of the best skaters from the 10 games, the best of the best modes, etc. and especially online with like, more features, headset enabled maybe? that would be perfect to chill, skate, a real skate atmosphere.

you have way to much high hopes for ps2 version. however the iodea of the best 10 levels the best 10 features etc etc isn't a bad idea. how ever do you really want to see school 2 or LA in yet another tony hawk title. give us some new stuff but make it exciting.

ya we dont need the old levels coming back.. we already have them in the previous game ... so play them there if u want to play them... new stuff would be better

don't get me wrong I want old levels but I don't want the old levels we have all ready seen. I want THPS4 levels back and perhaps expanded.

I want more Oil Rig type levels, where it's a remake of a hidden level from a past game.
Though it seemed that the Oil Rig in THAW wasn't really that close to the THPS3 version, but that just might have been the missing textures.

wow i just played EA Skate. its kinda gay. i hated it. anyway, yea im gettin a ps3 for my 16th bday so im done complaining about the no online ps2, although it would broaden and include the other community. yea on skate they have usb headset compatability, great idea for the next th game, like i said before. also, wiz yes i was thinking old skool lvls but expanded and changed a bit. i mean, say school, it would be the school lvl but like 10 yrs later. they can like update em i mean, school can be changed, etc. things can be moved, added, its a school. things vary in a matter of time, make the old skool lvls do the same.

i think they should do a large city affair like in hte past but tie in old levels into the city. like have warehouse in a warehouse in the city. have college on a campus in the city, zoo in a zoo in the city, etc etc. id be happy that way
