Awards Update! Options

Ok made a couple changes. first if you had FAH awards instead of having them each time you move up you will just have one for the current award in which pertains to you. in other words if you had 30 FAH wu's done before you had an award for 10, 20, and 30. now it will just show themost recent one. This saves some space and load times. Also now you should notice that the awards are above your warn level bar. Your awards shouldn't be the last thing you see on the little side profile. so I have moved them up and the warn level is once again at the bottom.
