Yeah, but you have to get their permission, and you'll probably have to pay a royalty fee and get permission from the person who owns the lisence to their songs if its in a game, movie, or tv show. It's gonna be tough though, you have contact bands managers and stuff. I know alot about the legal aspects of music in the game, so if you want to talk to me about it you can. If not, my best advice is to find some good underground, or local bands for their songs to be on the game, because they usually don't mind the extra exposure.
