to levitate, you go into a stall and hold LT, LB, RT, and Y on a quarter pipe, hold forward or back and lean twards the green side of balance meter, you character will zip back up to the top, keep holding the same direction and when your character is almost vertical, wait till the meter re-sets and is no longer visible then release all buttons.

to do this, you need to hold LT, LB, RT, and Y. roll up to the full pipe and you should grind slow up and back down the pipe, then hold the buttons to the bottom, once your meter freezes, you can let go of all buttons, just dont ollie or stand up.
