I still can't believe for some stupid reason the USA doesn't have a proper Heath Care system. Canada does and most other countries in the world do. For example I can walk into any hospital and get the proper attention I would need and not get a medical bill thrown at me.

It's absolutely disgusting that you people as citizens of the United States of America allow your government to spend billions upon billions of dollars on this shame called a war and you can't get a Nationwide Heath Care System. It just blows my mind.
