wanted to relearn the rain effect and shit. so i fucked around and got this. i like it. (the dude is kenshi from mortal kombat.)

eh i found the image on google and scaled it to match this scene. i think it looks pimp. makes it look like a tropical rain if yah know what i mean. those are my fav type of storms.
