Please Help Me

Frequent Group: Advanced Members Posts: 943 Joined: 23-April 06 Member No.: 33	I just removed a virus from my computer with Spybot Search & Destroy and every time I open a program, I get this message. http://i13.tinypic.com/6l99zd2.jpg Except instead of it saying "iTunes.exe", it says the program name followed by .exe I already restarted it since the virus was removed and I need a little help of how I can get rid of this message opening everytime I open a program.
