Right near the end of Hostel a woman gets dragged under a car, then right after two men get stoned to death by a bunch of kids, and a dude get his skin flute cut off by shears and fed to a hungry dog.. Every year movies that are 200-300% more gorier than MH2 get released and no one could care. But once it goes interactive and super watered down people bust out the petitions.
