Philly Cops Are Dicks, Check it out. Options

So like a bunch of my friends and i were in philly skating city hall and we were just leaveing then a cop comes up and starts pretty much harassing us. We were not even skating we were walking out skateboards. Anyway he starts to talk some shit on my friend Devin then another cop comes and runs into his skateboard which makes it hit the other cop which then the cop is like did you just hit me? Its all to show just watch yourself if you ever skate philly because the cops are dicks.

Idea: Maybe the cops should be like this in thpg. DODGE THE LAW!

EDIT: yea this happen june 3rd but im just showing it because its pretty like somewhat funny and somewhat like fuck you bitch. Enjoy.

Good stuff.. I was skatin a plaza down here in Idaho and a cop pretty much did the same thing to me... I just turned and walked away while he was talking...
