My full idea can be found HERE. It's ioriginal starting date was dec 13th 2005. Now lets begin the comparison. My Idea You start off finding a few kids at your local skate spot. Theres 3 that catch your eye. They each have different stats and strong points. they each have different attitudes which can effect your team and they each want something from you in order to join and each can offer the team something in return.
Guy 1. has good al around skate stats but a bad attitude that can give the team a bad ass rep. He wants you to pay him cash. almost all of the cash you have on hand. Guy 2 Lower stats but has a good attitude and room to improve himself along the way making your team better. He only wants you to make him a famous skater if you guys become stars. Guy 3. The lowest of stats he also has room to improve and will make your team look like a team that gives noobies a chance which inturn makes it easier to get good rep. All he wants is a nice new board to skate w/
THPG
Skate Classes
Since the early days, you could choose your type of skater. Street or Vert. While the discrepancy was nice, it really only offered you a different trickset. Now, we're looking at a full-fledged set of skaters, each functioning completely differently from the others. The three different skate classes are:
Career
Skaters Tony Hawk, Ryan Sheckler, Arto Saari, Jereme Rogers
Features Camera abilities. Set up different cameras to take footage. This apparently benefits you in the form of money and new sponsors. You can save your pics as well. Upgrade Nail-The-Trick, Nail-The-Grab and Nail-The-Manual stats.
Hardcore
Skaters Mike Vallely, Andrew Reynolds, Lance Mountain (!!!), Dustin Dollin
Features Aggro Push, Pull, Kick. When losing speed, Aggro Pull to gain momentum whilst manualing. Aggro Push citizens that get in your way and Aggro Kick seems to be taken from Shaba's version of THP8 on the PS2/Xbox/PSP. These skaters can push to give them a little more speed. Upgrade Boost Tricks, Skate Checks and Bowl Shredding. The latter is based on bowl skating, and here we look to what are likely Bert Slides as one of their exclusive features.
Rigger
Skaters Daewon Song, Jeff King
Features Ability to change the landscape by placing new items throughout the stage. This is like the small customization found in recent games, add a kicker here, a rail there, etc. As these skaters progress, their ability to change the stage increases. They will have better walking/climbing abilities and eventually earn more pieces to modify the environment.
My Idea Everything you do or choose dipicts the ending. So basically it's kinda like a real time role playing skateboard game and the ending is based on the choices you have made during the game and how long it took to finish the game
THPG For the first time, players will have the freedom to define their character, story and style based on the choices they make, the paths they choose and the style of skating they use on the proving grounds from Philadelphia and Baltimore to Washington, D.C.
My Idea Now the Game that they are making based on your team will unlock a new mode of game play. arcade mode. arcade mode would basically be like the current classic mode and is supposed to be based on you and your team and whats in the game that was made about you. Basically 2 games in one lol.
THPG 12 arcade machines that not only allows you to play minigames, but also classic modes from previous Tony Hawk's Pro Skater installments.
All the stuff under MY IDEAS above has been taken directly from my type up posted back in dec of 05.
Theres a few more I will add later. I just don't have time right now.
