I'm pretty sure you can't just use peoples songs unless they are in the public domain. Especially if you are going to be selling them on the game on BGOATS website. There are a whole lot of copyright laws that can end you up with a pretty big lawsuit if I am not mistaken.

If not, my best advice is to find some good underground, or local bands for their songs to be on the game, because they usually don't mind the extra exposure.
