From the back roof(below) you can get on the side roof.(The side roof towards dumpster) To do this get some speed and your special meter up. now skate towards the roof and do a double kickflip and then boneless you should get hi enough to get onto the roof. You may hit an ob wall. but if you do it right you can get past it.
