1. Find any stallable rail (curbs, ledges)
2. Approach the rail and as you get close get into a manual then get into Casper/Truckstand/any trick that allow you to spin 3. Hit the RT/R2 button to make yourself spin 4. As you begin to spin ollie onto the rail and stall. 5. You should twirl around 360 degrees whilst in the stall you performed.
