To get on the Schnitzel roof online, first you have to get on the big frat roof (see below). Then, get on the side roof and near the edge. Try to CG and if done right you will land on the Schnitzel roof. This may take a few try's to do.
You could also SCG the invisible wall on the frat roof to get past it then simply ride onto the Schnitzel roof.
