First do the Behind Glass wall glitch from there find the 2 bouncy walls and get right into the corner of them. jump and press a direction while in walk mode so your skater bounces back and forth then get on your board. Your skater should still be bouncing back and forth and slowly going up. Once at the top your skater will start to float across the roof. before falling off get off your board and you can walk around up there.
