Find the hole in the ground w/ the rail all around it. Jump into the hole and try and land on the statue. Now get on the base of the statue and your skater will slide down. when you hit the OB set cust if done right you will be able to walk around on the water. be careful moving around the spikes because you may jump over them and hit the OB.
