First get on the roof of the Tampa am. then go to the side w/ the fan on the wall on the outside. now shimmey the roof then drop down and shimmey the fan (online only). now while on the fan ollie and you should be in an lfg. also while in walk mode on the fan if you jump at the right angle towards the roof you can get under the roof and walk into the qp's on the roof and everything.
