To do this glitch first get ob on the train tracks. then go to the end of the tunnel and CG to get on a small ledge behind the wall. no get into the very corner and get on board and press forward so you bounce between the bouncy walls and start to float. now you will be floating for awhile but when you get up near the street hold a grab trick. once you go thru the street while holding the grab trick you should be able to stay in the grab trick. now you can let go of O and ride around anywhere like this. to get out of it simply grind.
