This is not really a glitch but it is hard enough to be one. first get on the slanted blue beam on the right of the ferris wheel. slowly ride up it. when you get near top jump towards middle.(that is the hard part). once on the middle blue piece jump onto the slanted beam that holds the carts.(you have to jump past the supports) once there slowly ride up to the roof of that cart. then jump to the top cart.
