Step 1. Make a park that is not the smallest or largest size.
step 2. Resize one side so you know what side your working w/ and won't get confused. step 3. place an object and use the copy select tool and cut the hole object. step 4. go to the corner of the side you resized and lower the ground all the way down. (do not place the object) step 5. w/ the cut object still in the hole you lowered go to resize park and press square to resize the park. step 6. now go to continue (here's the tricky part) while on continue press start and x fast which places the object under the level. ( I usually pres start and x twice really fast to make sure). If you placed the object in the park you will have to start over. you can hear the sound when you place it if you listen hard enough. step 7. Now go back to resize and hit circle. then go back to edit and go to the corner where your object was placed under the level. now lower the ground all the way down. step 8. Go to switch theme and select the theme you are currently on. If done right when you get to the park your object will be floating. you can now raise the ground under it.
