First start the goal to bring the kid on the gurney to Tony Hawk. then bail while pushing the gurney so the gurney goes flying. as soon as you bail pause and restart goal and as soon as you do you will automatically ride forward so just keep pressing circle. if you do it fast enough you will have an empty gurney.
NOTE: If you do it fast enough and just right when you jump w/ the extra gurney the kid on the original one will bounce.
