First go ob the ride down the road a bit and to your left you will notice a gap between the buildings where you can wjg. so wjg up onto the roof of this building. once on the roof jump off the roof of the building towards the bridge and let yourself slowly fall down the wall using wjg to slow you down. if down right you will fall under the bridge road.
