Okay get OB by the fish tank you have to break. Then wait for a car to come. When the car gets behind the OB jump onto it. And when the car gets past the invisible bouncy wall with you on it hang on the side of the car. Keep hanging on the car til you get to the little slope in the street and press down with the left analog. If done right you will be in a shimmy.
