Ok this is Offline only. Get to the area by the crane. Now you can either CG the stone wall or Natas Spin the hydrant and the crane will break the wall. Now Once in the area with the water fall, Climb up the Ladder and CG. You will fall down below. Now go over to the other side and WJG up to heaven.
