Find the poles near the walkway by the theater. climb them past the walkway rails then hold the climb button and a direction and you will be in the poll rider glitch. Again the thing to remember w/ this is that as soon as you jump over something you can no longer jump out of the glitch you must hit certain warps or an ob to get out of it.
