First get on the middle roof of the gallery of the dead building then ollie off the right qp and hold forward and r2 if done right you can get on the corner of the roof. from here you can get completely on the roof. if you use the invisible walls right and float way up and set cust you can land on the green part of the dome and use it to go on either side of the roof.
