Go to the planter near the ticket booth that has a bridge support in the middle of it. now slowly walk towards the edge of the planter like in pic 1. you should fall into it. now get on your board quick turn and you can ride in the rest of it or ollie into the bridge support. if you go back into walk mode while under here you will warp back ontop of the planter.
